Delivery Policy

Delivery Provider
Ready-made products are delivered through a specialized third-party delivery company. The workshop management does not handle deliveries directly.

Delivery Responsibility
Once the product has been handed over to the delivery company, the workshop’s responsibility for the product ends, and full responsibility transfers to the delivery company.
The workshop is not liable for any delays, damage, breakage, or loss that may occur during transportation or after the delivery company has received the product.

Delivery Information
The customer must provide accurate and correct delivery address details and contact information.
If there are any errors in the information provided, the customer bears full responsibility for delays, failed deliveries, or any additional charges that may result.

Delivery Timeframe
Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location and the delivery company.
The workshop does not guarantee a specific delivery time, as this depends on the schedule of the delivery company.

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the delivery company, it will be shared with the customer to follow up on the order status.

Delivery Costs
The delivery cost is included in the total price announced by the workshop or the product. No additional delivery fees will be charged to the customer within the service area.

Order Receipt
The customer must follow up with the delivery company once a tracking number has been provided.
If the order is not received within the timeframe set by the delivery company, the customer is responsible for any redelivery fees or delays.
